6-10 WEEK VITALITY SCAN
This is an ultrasound exam usually done vaginally at 6-10 weeks of pregnancy. The purpose of this scan is to monitor the number of embryos present and the movements of the embryo.
11-13 WEEKS NUKAL SCREENING
This scan is performed from 11 weeks to 13 weeks and six days. The scan is usually performed transabdominally, but in a few cases, depending on the course of the examination, the examination may be continued vaginally.
20-24 WEEKS ANOMALY SCREENING
This is a detailed scan at 20-24 weeks of pregnancy. During the scan, he examines each part of the fetal body, determines the position of the placenta, the amount of amniotic fluid is measured.
CARDIAC SCREENING
During the nuchal scan (11-13 weeks), the anomaly scan (20-24 weeks) and the third scan (30-34 weeks) routinely examine the fetal heart and ligate blood vessels.
CERVICAL SCREENING
This is a transvaginal scan to measure the length of the cervix. Women with high risk of preterm birth, multiple pregnancies, and previous preterm births should not neglect cervical screening.
HEALTH SCREENING
This ultrasound scan is usually done at around 32 weeks of pregnancy. Some obstetricians recommend that this screening be offered to all women.
